Shipping policy

Kiddy Kouture Boutique ships apparel only. These are folded garments and gift sets, not freight pallets. We do not book LTL carriers or lift-gate service.

Where we ship

Orders go to street addresses in the United States, including military APO/FPO when USPS accepts the ZIP. We do not ship to Canada, the EU, or anywhere outside the U.S.

Cost and timing

Shipping is free on every order. There is no dollar minimum. Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. Eastern on Tuesday–Friday leave 2805 Poplar Dr, Baltimore, MD 21207 within two business days. Weekend orders leave the following Tuesday. Transit is typically 3–7 business days.

What is in the box

Clothes are packed in a poly mailer or a small carton if you ordered the wood gift box. We do not include hangers. If a piece is delayed because a size is being recut, we email info@kiddykoutureboutique.com before the label prints.

Damaged in transit

Photograph the parcel and the garment the day it arrives and write info@kiddykoutureboutique.com or call +1 (513) 561-3991. We replace torn seams and crushed gift boxes at our cost.
