Goods

We sell new children’s apparel and related gift sets. Colors on screen can drift; fiber content on the product page is the contract.

Orders

An order is accepted when we send the receipt email. We may cancel if an address is outside the United States or if a piece cannot be fulfilled.

Pricing

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping is free. Sales tax is not added at checkout on this site. If a listing is obviously mistyped we will not honor a price that is a fraction of the rest of the rack.

Use of the site

Do not scrape the catalog to resell our photos as your own. Product images and copy belong to the shop or their licensors.

Liability

Apparel is sold for ordinary children’s wear. We are not liable for playground injuries or for allergic reactions beyond replacing a piece that does not match its fiber list.

Governing law

Maryland law governs. Venue is Baltimore County or the District of Maryland.
